Hezbollah Chief Delivers Ashura Speech
Hezbollah Secretary-General highlights massive public turnout at Ashura commemorations.
webangah News Agency reports that Sheikh Naim Qassem, Secretary-General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, stated during an Ashura gathering: “This year’s public participation in mourning processions, street marches, husseiniyas (mourning halls), and lamentation ceremonies has been exceptionally large. This turnout stands out distinctly and surpasses previous years.”
He added: ”We tell Imam Hussein (AS) what his companions declared when facing falsehood and denial-‘We will never abandon you.'”
