Death Triangle” Shadows Gaza Strip; Palestinian Situation is Catastrophic
According to the english section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Ma’an, Mohammad Abu Salmiyeh, director of Al-Shifa Clinic, emphasized that the situation in the Gaza Strip is catastrophic. Neither medicine nor medical supplies are available in the enclave.
He added: “Patients are dying before our eyes, and we cannot save them. The triangle of death continues to target Gaza: death caused by bombing, famine, and disease.”
Abu Salmiyeh stated: ”We witness more than 100 Palestinians killed daily and hundreds more wounded due to attacks by the Israeli regime. All residents of Gaza-especially children and newborns-are suffering from famine.”
The spokesperson for Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital also reported that power has been cut at the facility due to fuel shortages.
