60 Tough Days Ahead for Ukraine; Putin Informed Trump
according to the English section of webangah News Agency,quoting Mehr News Agency,Axios reported that Vladimir Putin,Russia’s president,informed U.S. President Donald Trump during a phone call on July 3 that Moscow planned to advance in key areas of Ukraine.
Axios wrote that during the call, Putin emphasized that within 60 days, Russia would intensify its efforts to capture Ukrainian territory up to the sovereign borders of regions where Russia has already established a foothold.
The report added that shortly after speaking with Putin, Trump contacted French President Emmanuel Macron. According to an informed source cited by Axios, Trump said in this call that “he (Putin) wants to capture all of Ukraine.”
In the days following this conversation, Trump’s plan to send additional weapons to Ukraine moved from concept into action.
trump told reporters today that the arms he will dispatch through European countries include “various highly advanced military equipment such as batteries for Patriot air defense systems.”
He noted European countries intend to cover 100 percent of these weapon costs and described it as a “business” for the United States.
Trump also criticized Putin again, alleging that while he claims to desire peace publicly, he simultaneously escalates attacks on Ukraine.
