Netanyahu Commits to Resuming Gaza War After Temporary Ceasefire

The Prime Minister of the‌ Israeli regime announced that military operations⁢ in Gaza will resume after a probable 60-day ceasefire ends.

According to the English section ‌of ⁤ webangah News Agency, citing Mehr ‌News Agency and Sputnik, Israeli ‍Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu pledged to his finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich that military operations in ⁢Gaza‌ will restart onc a likely ​60-day ceasefire concludes.

Israel’s channel 12 reported that ‌Netanyahu confirmed in closed-door meetings plans to relocate Gaza residents to southern areas.⁣ He intends to besiege⁣ northern Gaza as part of an alleged strategy to separate civilians from Hamas militants, preparing the ground for continued ⁤fighting after the ceasefire.

Netanyahu ⁢added that Israel’s preparation last month for confrontation with Iran has prevented earlier expectations by Smotrich of⁣ Hamas’s complete destruction.

Meanwhile, ceasefire negotiations between Israel and Hamas in Doha remain stalled. Hamas‌ demands guarantees for​ a definitive end to the‌ war, while Israelis refuse such commitments.
