Netanyahu’s Brutality Draws Trump’s Outcry
According to the English section of webangah News agency, citing Mehr News Agency and qatar’s Al Jazeera network, White house spokesperson Caroline Lewitt commented on Israel’s attacks on Syria and Gaza: “President Trump has a good relationship with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu but was shocked by the assaults on Syria and the church located in the Gaza Strip.”
She added, “President Trump believes the war in Gaza has gone on for too long, and recent clashes have become bloodier.”
Without mentioning U.S. involvement in Israel’s regional conflicts, Lewitt claimed President Trump demands an end to hostilities to allow for ceasefire talks and the release of Israeli captives.
She also said Secretary of State Marco Rubio is actively involved in efforts to reduce tensions over Syria.
The White House spokesperson further stated that President Trump seeks safe entry for humanitarian aid into Gaza.
Lewitt concluded by saying President Trump fully supports Tom Bark, the special envoy who is making positive efforts regarding Syria.
