Guterres: Ethics Undermined by Gaza Atrocities
United Nations Secretary-General warns of a humanitarian crisis in Gaza, calling it a moral challenge for the world.
according to the English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Al Jazeera Qatar via Mehr News Agency, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres stated: “What is happening today in Gaza is not just a humanitarian crisis; it is indeed a moral crisis that challenges the global conscience.”
He added that UN staff in Gaza are themselves struggling with hunger.
Guterres further emphasized: “the United Nations will raise its voice at every opportunity, but words alone cannot feed hungry children.”
