Mental Health Crisis: 42% of Zionists Suffer Anxiety, 44% Depression

Israeli sources report that psychological issues ⁣stemming from the prolonged conflict have affected more than ‍one-third of the residents in the ⁣occupied ⁢territories.

According ⁤to the English‍ section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Quds Network, ⁤research conducted in the occupied territories since October 7 reveals a meaningful rise in ⁢mental health disorders.

The report states that cases of post-traumatic ⁣stress disorder (PTSD) have⁢ nearly doubled over the past ‌year, now affecting ⁤about 30 percent of the population. Before ⁢October 7, this figure was ⁤only 16 percent.

Media outlets ​within the Israeli regime also acknowledge a significant increase ‌in⁤ anxiety and depression rates. prior to October 7, roughly 25 percent of residents suffered from anxiety ​and about 30 percent from depression. Following the Gaza conflict, these numbers rose ​to over 42 percent for anxiety and more ‌than 44 percent for depression.
