Widespread Israeli Military Raids in the West Bank
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Palestinian sources from Palestine Today via Mehr News Agency, local reports confirmed a wide-scale Israeli military incursion in multiple areas of the occupied West Bank early Friday. The raids involved sieges, arrests, and armed clashes.
In Jenin, Israeli troops surrounded a residential building near Ibn Sina Hospital. Intense armed confrontations broke out between resistance fighters and occupying forces around this building. During the operation,two young Palestinians named Musa Turkman and Abdullah Sawafteh were arrested. Additionally, Abdullah Al-Saib from Tubas was also detained while besieged in Jenin.
Simultaneously, in Qalqilyah, Israeli soldiers arrested three mothers of martyrs and surrounded a residential building in the Red Crescent neighborhood. Occupying forces fired at a passing vehicle on Al-Wad Street and severely beat one Palestinian youth.
In Nablus, Israeli troops raided the Old Askar refugee camp east of the city. Israeli snipers stationed themselves on rooftops of residential buildings while another young man was arrested in eastern Nablus.
Witnesses reported hearing live fire and stun grenades used by Israeli military during thes operations.
