Nationwide Strike Sweeps Occupied Territories
Thousands of Israelis are set to participate in a general strike across the occupied territories today.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and ma’an, a widespread strike involving Israelis, institutions, and service centers in the occupied territories is scheduled to begin at dawn local time.
Participants in the strike demand an end to the war in Gaza and the return of 50 Israeli captives.
Additionally, families of Israeli prisoners plan to issue a statement and hold protests moving from northern areas toward occupied Eilat as a form of demonstration.
The general strike is expected to conclude at 8 p.m. local time,with hundreds of thousands anticipated to join. Israeli universities have also announced their participation in the strike.
