900 Israeli Soldiers Killed in Gaza; Tel Aviv Faces $31 Billion Budget Deficit

Since the begining of the Gaza⁤ war, the israeli military has lost‍ 898 soldiers,⁢ and the prolonged conflict ‌has caused‌ a ​$31.5 billion budget deficit ⁣for Israel.

The ⁤English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, reports that Palestinian news‍ agency⁤ Shehab reviewed the human and material losses suffered ⁢by‌ the Israeli ⁢army during​ the Gaza war. According to official ‌Israeli ⁤military ⁤statistics, since October 7, 2023, ​a total of 898‌ Israeli soldiers and officers have been ⁢killed in Gaza. Among them, 454 ​died during​ ground operations.

Official figures also⁤ indicate approximately‍ 6,193 ⁤Israeli soldiers have been wounded in Gaza. Of these injuries, ‌924 are classified⁢ as severe and 2,872 occurred since ground operations‍ began. ‌The military data ​censors details about non-fatal injuries as well as psychological conditions resulting​ from this war.

The israeli army has incurred‌ heavy losses in equipment and military ⁤machinery valued at⁤ approximately 305 ⁢billion ⁢shekels ($87 billion) so far. These costs⁤ are‌ projected ⁢to rise to 200 billion shekels ($57 billion) by the end of 2025.

This war⁢ has caused a financial deficit increase⁤ estimated at 106.2 billion shekels ($31.5 billion) through the end of 2024.
