according‍ to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing⁤ Al Arabiya, ​Saudi Foreign Minister ​Faisal bin Farhan emphasized at the 21st Organization of Islamic Cooperation ⁣(OIC) foreign ministers’⁣ meeting in‍ Jeddah that the Palestinian people are currently subjected to one of the most ⁢atrocious⁢ genocides due to ongoing Israeli attacks.

He highlighted Israel’s blatant and unprecedented violations of international law, stating that global silence‍ on ​these ‍crimes exacerbates the situation and threatens regional and international peace and security.

Bin Farhan called on ‌the international community to ‍take tangible‌ steps⁢ toward ending settler crimes, ⁤halting ​Israel’s occupation policies ⁢in Gaza⁢ City, and stopping settlement⁢ expansion plans.

The Saudi foreign minister ⁣stressed that‌ these⁢ actions hinder the peace process while escalating regional and ​international tensions.

He reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s consistent position ⁣on Palestine, declaring Riyadh’s full support ‍for Palestinian rights to⁤ establish an independent ⁤state⁣ based on 1967 borders with East Jerusalem​ as its‍ capital.

Bin ‍Farhan described a two-state solution as a just option for achieving stability.

He also warned⁤ that⁤ continued ‍Israeli violence against civilians and impunity jeopardizes global peace and security.

The minister urged‍ countries doubtful about condemning ⁣Israeli⁢ offenses to reconsider their‍ position. He ‌noted an increasing number of nations recognizing Palestine reflects growing‌ international acknowledgment of its just ‌cause.

Bin ⁤Farhan underscored the ​urgent need to ensure immediate delivery of humanitarian aid to those affected.
