Dozens of Missile and Drone Attacks by Yemen on Occupied Territories Over Several Months
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Masirah, The Times of Israel acknowledged that since the resumption of the war in Gaza Strip and the collapse of the ceasefire in mid-March, at least 71 ballistic missiles have been launched from Yemen toward the occupied territories.
During this period, there have also been at least 23 drone attacks launched from Yemen against these areas.
Yesterday, the Associated Press reported a statement from an Israeli Air Force official who described a missile fired last Friday from Yemen towards the occupied territories as a new threat.
The official added that this Yemeni missile was equipped with a warhead designed for multiple explosions. The use of cluster munitions by Yemen complicates interception efforts.
