Over 10 Palestinian Martyrs Killed in Israeli Attacks on Gaza
According to the english section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Jazeera via Mehr News Agency, Israeli warplanes and helicopters targeted multiple locations across the Gaza Strip early this morning. The strikes killed and injured more than 10 Palestinians.
Local sources in Gaza reported that the Israeli army attacked the Sabra neighborhood in southern Gaza City.
Palestinian sources also stated that Israeli jets struck areas northwest of Gaza city.
In the Nuseirat refugee camp, an airstrike hit the Al-Hafi family home, killing five people and leaving several others wounded or missing. Al-Awda Hospital confirmed two young girls were among the victims.
The Talbani neighborhood east of Deir al-Balah was also targeted by an Israeli airstrike.
In al-Karama district northwest of Gaza City,Israeli helicopters bombed a residential unit,killing two people and injuring several others. In Khan Younis, one person was seriously wounded after attacks on displaced persons’ tents.
In Jabalia al-Nazlah area, occupying Israeli forces used an explosive robot to destroy Palestinian homes. Northern and northwestern parts of Gaza also came under heavy fire from warplanes and artillery shells with neighborhoods including Sheikh Radwan, areas surrounding the electricity company in Nuseirat camp, and Abu Eskandar being targeted.
Some southern areas of Gaza were similarly bombarded.
Hebrew sources reported that during operations near Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, smoke grenades were deployed by Israel’s military forces.
