890 British Citizens Arrested for Supporting Palestine
Amid London’s continued support for the Israeli occupiers, 890 British citizens were arrested solely for demonstrating in support of the oppressed Palestinian people.
The Metropolitan Police announced that 890 people were detained during pro-Palestinian protests in central London, according to webangah News Agency.
The police claimed that 857 individuals were arrested at Parliament Square alone for allegedly violating a law and committing offenses.
Additionally, 33 others were taken into custody on charges related to othre crimes.
London police also alleged that some detainees faced arrest for offenses including “assaulting police officers and supporting a proscribed organization.”
