Israeli Forces Launch Another Attack on the Samoud Fleet Ship
The International Resistance Fleet (Sumud) announced that its largest ship was targeted in a new attack, believed to have been carried out by an incendiary drone, causing a fire on its deck, according to webangah News Agency, citing Al Jazeera.
Palestinian activists who joined the convoy confirmed that the fire on the vessel’s deck is under control adn that its condition is currently stable.
In the early hours of Tuesday, the Resistance Fleet reported that the family boat Al A’ila suffered damage to its main deck and lower tank due to a drone attack.
Two other boats from the Resistance Fleet are en route to Tunisia and are in urgent need of protection.
Seif Abu Koshak, spokesperson for the Resistance Fleet, stated: “Despite this drone attack, our fleet will continue its movement.”
The leadership of the International Resistance Fleet added that investigations into this incident are ongoing and further information will be released as soon as it becomes available.
They emphasized: “Opposed actions will not deter us from our peaceful mission to break Gaza’s blockade and show solidarity with its people.”
