Yemen’s Supreme Political Council Chief: Zionists Should Be Prepared
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Masirah via Mehr News Agency, Mahdi al-Mashat, Chairman of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, stated following the Israeli attack on Yemeni soil that the brutal Israeli aggression has failed.
He added that Israel should be fully prepared, as Yemen’s response is certain.
Al-Mashat said: “The Israelis have given us a greater opportunity to respond with all the power at our disposal.”
Hours earlier, Israeli warplanes targeted several government centers, media facilities, and civilian infrastructure in Yemen.
Yahya Saree, spokesperson for Yemen’s Armed Forces, announced that Yemen’s air defense system forced several Israeli jets to retreat by firing surface-to-air missiles during this operation.
