Photo Exhibition and Sit-in in the Netherlands Condemn War and Famine in Gaza + Video
A group of Arab and Dutch peace activists staged a major protest at Amsterdam’s central metro station to condemn the crimes of the Israeli regime in the Gaza Strip.
The Thursday evening protest featured an exhibition displaying numerous photographs and scenes of massacres, bombings, and attacks on civilians by the occupying army in Gaza.It also highlighted images illustrating starvation and acts described as genocide committed by Israel against Gazan residents.
The Dutch capital, along with other cities, continues to witness protests and sit-ins condemning the war in Gaza.
Participants demanded an end to both the conflict and Israel’s illegal blockade.They urged their government to take concrete measures such as severing diplomatic ties with Israel.
One day after the resignation of the foreign minister, all members of the new Social Contract Party (NSC) government submitted their resignations from the caretaker administration. They did so in protest against refusing to impose sanctions on Israel for its ongoing aggression since October 2023.
