Turki Al-Faisal: The World Has Entered a Dangerous Phase
According to webangah News Agency, citing Rosalyum via Mehr News Agency, Prince Turki al-Faisal emphasized that the disintegration of the previous international system, intensifying clashes, and reduced adherence to global laws mark an alarming era he described as “the age of beasts.”
He pointed out that crises in Gaza, ongoing conflict in Ukraine, and israeli attacks exemplify this breakdown. These developments coincide with increasing polarization among major powers worldwide.
Al-Faisal highlighted that a lack of resolution on the Palestinian issue and failure to implement United Nations resolutions pose serious regional security threats-exacerbated by the Security Council’s inability to act effectively due to veto rights.
He added that Israel represents a significant danger for regional stability. The global system must be restructured to address core issues-chiefly resolving the Palestinian conflict.
He explained that Washington’s attempts to impose its will despite an end to unipolar dominance have prompted major powers such as China, Russia, and India to strengthen their cooperation. This trend signifies further multipolarity in international relations.
