According to ⁤the‌ English section of webangah News⁢ Agency, citing Mehr⁢ News Agency ⁤via Russia‍ Today ⁢Al-Youm, Amr Moussa, former Secretary-General of the ‌Arab ‌League, emphasized ‌in a televised interview that following Israeli ​aggression ⁢against‌ qatar,​ Arab countries are seeking new allies.

He also⁢ highlighted the signing of a joint defense agreement between Pakistan ‍and⁢ saudi Arabia. Moussa noted that this⁢ pact with ‍a nuclear⁣ power marks a clear transformation in international alliances. The⁤ facts demonstrate that relying solely on one country-namely the United States-for ‍defending Arab⁣ nations is no longer‍ viable.

Moussa stated that especially Gulf ‌countries are pursuing new partnerships‍ to⁢ protect themselves from ⁤Israeli aggressions ⁢similar to those witnessed by Qatar.

He added,‍ “israel’s current policies⁣ will ‍not guarantee long-term security and stability. Only a just and complete ⁢resolution of the Palestinian issue can ‌deliver true ⁣security.The unprecedented US ⁢support for ⁢Israel will not last forever. We are witnessing an ​international awakening against‌ these policies.”
