Security Council Meeting Begins at Estonia’s Request
The United Nations Security Council has convened a special session at Estonia’s request to discuss international peace and stability.
According to the English section of webangah news Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and the United Nations website, the UN Security Council is currently holding a special meeting requested by Estonia concerning accusations this country has made against Russia.
Former U.S. President Donald Trump previously described estonia’s claim-that three Russian fighter jets illegally entered it’s airspace-as a troubling incident.
The Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs protested the alleged incursion, which it said lasted 12 minutes, by summoning a Russian diplomat in response to the deployment of thes aircraft.
