New Wave of Ships from Around the World Headed to Gaza

A new wave of ​ships carrying humanitarian aid is set to sail from an Italian port toward ​the Gaza Strip‌ to break the blockade.

The International commitee to Break the Siege of Gaza announced that a new fleet of ships will depart on Saturday​ from Italy toward the Gaza Strip in an effort ⁣to end the 18-year blockade, according to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing mehr ⁢News Agency and⁢ Russia Al-Youm.

The ⁢committee confirmed that the departure date for ‍these ships from the port of San Giovanni⁣ Li Cuti, Italy, is scheduled ​for Saturday, September 27.

According to ‍reports, the exact number of ships participating⁤ in this new wave has​ not been‍ specified. Currently,50⁣ vessels are heading toward GazaS shores as part of the global Samoud fleet.

Last night, organizers of this fleet reported ​attacks on vessels ⁤affiliated with samoud.

This⁤ marks the first time such a ‌large number of ships from around the world have attempted to reach Gaza concurrently.
