Chemical Bombs Used Against Samoud Fleet
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Omar Faris, a political activist present on a ship affiliated with the Samood Fleet, stressed in an interview with Al Mayadeen: “We are carrying out a peaceful mission to break the blockade of the Gaza Strip.”
He added that damages from previous attacks involving sonic bombs against Samood Fleet ships were minor.
Faris stated that some of the bombs dropped on several ships contained chemical agents and emitted a very unpleasant odor.
Notably, last night Al Jazeera reported 12 drone strikes targeting nine boats of the Samood Fleet.
The network also highlighted extensive drone flights over these fleet vessels.
The Samood Fleet announced that attacking drones dropped sonic bombs on several ships, and assessments of damage from these assaults are ongoing.
