8 Dead in Clothing Factory Fire North of Cairo
Egypt’s Ministry of Health announced that a fire at a garment factory in Gharbia Governorate, north of Cairo, has killed 8 people and injured 35 others.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency and CNN,Egypt’s Ministry of Health reported that a fire broke out at a garment factory in Gharbia Governorate,north of Cairo,resulting in 8 deaths and 35 injuries.
The ministry issued a statement saying that 26 fully equipped ambulances were dispatched to the scene.
The health ministry added that emergency teams transported the 35 injured individuals to hospitals where they are receiving treatment.
The ministry also confirmed ongoing close monitoring by both field teams and central authorities.Civil defense units continue rescue operations and debris removal efforts to locate any additional victims or survivors.
