Barack Obama Criticizes War on Gaza

Barack Obama, the former U.S. ​president, strongly condemned the genocidal war and‌ military operations of the Israeli regime in the Gaza Strip, calling for the establishment of⁢ a Palestinian state.

According to the English section of webangah News‌ Agency,⁣ citing Mehr ​News Agency and the Palestine Data Centre, former U.S. President Barack Obama sharply criticized Israel’s genocidal war and military‌ operations in Gaza ‍on Friday.‌ He described these ​actions as unjustifiable and called for⁢ an end to the ​needless ⁢destruction in Gaza’s remaining areas.

Speaking‌ at an ‍event ⁢in Dublin, Obama emphasized that there is no military justification ⁢for continued devastation that now⁢ only leaves ruins behind. He also called for establishing an independent palestinian​ state.‌ Obama added that it must be accepted that children ​should not lose their lives from hunger under these conditions and stressed that Gaza’s humanitarian crisis cannot be ignored.

The former U.S. president condemned political leaders for their failure⁢ to resolve conflicts, specifically naming Benjamin Netanyahu. Referencing his tense relationship with Netanyahu,he said: “We never saw eye to eye.” Obama’s ‌rare comments on the Gaza conflict came ‍as world leaders gathered in New York for a United Nations General Assembly session to discuss and ‍deliberate on the crisis caused by​ Israel’s aggression against Gaza.
