Trump’s Retribution: Former FBI Chief Linked to January 6 Capitol Riot

Reiterating his previous claims, Trump asserted that hundreds of agents were covertly embedded among protesters during the unrest following the 2020 presidential election.
The conservative outlet Blaze News reported last week,quoting an anonymous U.S. congressional source, that the FBI had deployed 247 undercover agents amidst the post-2020 election protests-a claim denied by the bureau.
Following this report, Trump accused these agents not of maintaining order but acting as instigators and rioters himself, adding that “Wray must provide a thorough clarification on this matter.”
In a phone interview with NBC News, Trump accused Wray of “misconduct” and said that the Department of Justice is currently investigating this issue.
“I think Christopher Wray did something terrible and we have uncovered it,” Trump said. “Over 200 people were assigned during those events. It looks like real provocation. It’s horrible for something like this to happen. From my personal perspective, it was framed and involved the FBI.”
When asked if Wray is under investigation, Trump replied, “I think so.I definitely believe so. I imagine they are doing it right now.”
Wray resigned at the end of Joe Biden’s governance and has refrained from publicly commenting on these allegations.
