According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing al-Maloumeh via Mehr News Agency, Syrian activist Shawq ibrahim stated that over 20,000 Alawites have lost thier lives in Syria during attacks by the Jolani regime as Bashar al-Assad’s fall.
He added that nearly one million Alawites have been displaced, and more than 50,000 others remain missing.
Shawq Ibrahim emphasized that the Jolani regime continues its brutal crimes against the Alawite community, with many field executions carried out based on tribal affiliations of Syrian citizens.
Earlier reports from informed sources indicated an escalation of attacks by jolani-affiliated militants targeting nine residential areas in eastern, southern, and northern Damascus over the past three months.
The sources further explained that these terrorist assaults aim to expel various communities-especially Alawites-from these neighborhoods and replace them with families loyal to Jolani’s forces.
