According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing mehr News Agency and The Independent, explosions were heard near the French Prime Minister’s office in Paris, followed by a van catching fire.
the incident occurred just one day after Sébastien Lecornu resigned as prime minister. He stepped down yesterday after only 27 days in office.
Le Parisien reported that Lecornu was expected to attend a meeting with political leaders at the prime minister’s office. Witnesses said they heard three explosions near Hôtel Matignon.
