Hezbollah Lebanon: Israeli Enemy Attacks Must Stop
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing al-I’lam al-harbi,Hezbollah issued a statement strongly condemning Israel’s early morning airstrike today on the Al-Masilah-Al-Najariyeh road in southern Lebanon, which caused numerous casualties and extensive material damage.
The statement reads: “Hezbollah condemns this early morning Israeli enemy attack on the Al-Masilah-Al-Najariyeh road in southern Lebanon that resulted in several citizens being martyred and wounded along with meaningful damage. This assault is part of ongoing deliberate attacks targeting defenseless civilians, economic infrastructure, and efforts to prevent people from returning to normal life.”
Hezbollah added: “Thes aggressions are part of a systematic policy by the Israeli enemy that reflects intimidation and repeated criminal actions by this regime. These occur openly before countries guaranteeing the ceasefire, monitoring committees overseeing it, amid Arab and international silence backed entirely by American support-an environment emboldening Israel to continue its aggressions against Lebanon and the region.”
The group called for a firm stance from the Lebanese government to preserve national unity, immediate diplomatic mobilization, and filing complaints with the United Nations Security Council to halt Israeli attacks. It stated: ”These assaults necessitate national solidarity among all Lebanese people; a decisive position at this time of challenges and threats; broad diplomatic-political activity; active engagement within Arab and international forums; and also complaints filed at the Security Council exerting pressure on Israel to stop these attacks.”
Hezbollah concluded: “Israeli attacks cannot continue unchecked and must be confronted. The government must fulfill its national responsibilities toward its people by acting as guardian of the ceasefire. We salute our dignified steadfast people who resolutely stand against aggression while making great sacrifices to prove their rightful claim over their land life with honor in their homeland.”
