Yedioth Ahronoth: Tel Aviv Will Not Attend Egypt Meeting
The English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency and Sputnik,reported that the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth announced Israel will not attend the Sharm El-Sheikh meeting held on Tuesday for the official signing of the Gaza ceasefire agreement.
Hesham badran, a member of Hamas’s political bureau, emphasized that Hamas will not intervene in the formal signing of the ceasefire agreement in Egypt.
He added that Hamas has substantially completed necessary measures through Egyptian and Qatari mediators during the ceasefire negotiations.
Yesterday, Egypt’s presidency announced that Sharm El-Sheikh would host a peace summit on Tuesday too end the Gaza war. The summit is co-chaired by President Abdel fattah el-Sisi and former U.S. President Donald Trump, with leaders from over 20 countries attending.The Gaza ceasefire agreement is scheduled to be officially signed at this event.
