Israeli Prisoner Release to Occur in Two Stages, Say Zionist Sources
The english section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency adn Al Jazeera, reported that the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation stated the release of Israeli prisoners would take place in two phases between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. local time (8:30 too 10:30 a.m.). This contradicts earlier reports suggesting the operation would unfold in three stages.
Channel 12 of the occupying regime also reported that six to eight live Israeli captives are expected to be freed during the initial phase.
Earlier, Israel Hayom quoted a security source saying that the Israeli army has prepared for the transfer of its captives.
The report added that military helicopters are stationed at re’im base to transport the released prisoners back to occupied territories.
