Intense Attacks by Israeli Regime Begin on Gaza Strip
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Jazeera via Mehr News Agency, the Hebrew newspaper israel hayom reported that the Israeli occupation army has initiated an attack on Gaza. This move constitutes a new violation of the US-backed ceasefire agreement.
An Al Jazeera correspondent reported that Israeli artillery targeted areas east of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.
The correspondent confirmed that heavy explosions are currently occurring in Gaza City, marking a clear breach of the ceasefire by Israel.
Israeli warplanes also struck eastern and western parts of Gaza City. Several missiles launched from Israeli drones targeted areas around Al-Shifa Hospital.
According to Al Jazeera’s correspondent, Israeli jets resumed attacks on western sections of Gaza City while concurrently bombing the Zeitoun neighborhood in the east.
