Israeli Regime President: We Are Once Again on the Edge of the Abyss

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency via Ma’an, Isaac Herzog, President of the Israeli regime, emphasized that the regime is on the brink of collapse. He noted that the assassination of former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin over three decades ago was an effort to push Israel toward destruction, and today similar warning signs are appearing with even greater danger.
Herzog continued, “After thirty years, we see again these same signs: toxic and brazen rhetoric, accusations of treason, spreading hatred and violence in streets and online.” He described this as a strategic threat to Israel.
He stated that even after three decades, this dangerous violence persists among Israelis. “We must remain vigilant. Today Israel is once again on a precipice.”
Herzog’s remarks come amid deepening internal divisions within Israel’s ruling establishment, a major financial corruption case unfolding, and political conflicts between different parties ahead of upcoming elections.
