Trump: U.S. Faces Longest Government Shutdown in History
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, U.S. President Donald Trump said Wednesday:
“We are experiencing the longest government shutdown in American history, and the Democrats are behind it.”
The president added, “The Democrats are acting suicidally and destroying our country. We must end this shutdown by any means necessary.”
Trump also expressed frustration over his heavy loss last night following important obstruction efforts against New York’s Muslim Mayor-elect Zehran mamdani. He stated: “Mail-in voting opens the door to corruption, and we reject it. our voting system has many flaws, and we need to see if we can change it. The Democrats are disrupting our country’s economic prosperity, and this shutdown must end at all costs. Our voting system is disastrous and needs reform.”
He continued: “This was not expected to be a victory. these areas have become solidly Democratic. I don’t think this is good for Republicans or anyone else. Of course, we learned a lot. The government shutdown affects the stock market. After reopening, America will experience economic growth! Democrats want to give huge sums of money to those who entered the country illegally.”
The president further criticized ongoing processes that he says deny him judicial appointments: ”The current process deprives presidents of their right to select judges for courts. The Democrats want to appoint five Supreme Court justices. We will end Democratic stalling tactics.” He added that “Democrats are unreasonable; thay want to block our achievements and halt legislation.”
Trump also remarked that the Chinese president is very intelligent and tough.
