Palestine Islamic Jihad Condemns Israeli Attacks on Lebanon

According to the ‍English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Mayadeen, the‍ Palestinian Islamic⁣ Jihad‍ Movement issued a statement denouncing the ‍ongoing ⁤and escalating ⁣attacks by the ‍occupying Zionist regime on Lebanese territory as a‍ blatant violation of Lebanon’s ⁤sovereignty.

The movement emphasized that these Israeli‌ assaults constitute a clear breach of international⁤ law and ceasefire agreements. It described them as part of a purposeful plan by the occupiers to suppress Lebanon and its people.

In‌ recent days, Israel has launched a new wave of attacks against ⁢Lebanon.

This evening, Israeli warplanes carried out brutal strikes on residential‌ areas in Aita al-Jabal and Tayr Debba in southern Lebanon.

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun declared that today’s aggression by ​Israel‍ against southern Lebanon‍ is a full-scale⁣ crime under international‌ law and ⁢constitutes an⁢ atrocious political offense.
