Russia Expresses Concern over Israeli Regime Attacks on Lebanon
Russia’s Foreign Ministry expressed concern over repeated Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement between Lebanon and Israel.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al jazeera, Russia’s Foreign Ministry issued a statement expressing Moscow’s concern about Israel’s breaches of the ceasefire agreements with Lebanon.The statement affirmed that Russia will continue its efforts to achieve stability in the region.
The statement also referenced recent developments between Russia and Syria following the removal of Abu Muhammad al-Julani, leader of Syrian opposition forces, from some European countries’ terrorism lists. It noted that moscow and Damascus maintain communication at all levels, with ongoing talks including cooperation in oil and gas sectors.
