Clashes Erupt Between Al-Jolani Forces and Former Syrian Regime
Clashes between Al-Julani forces and remnants of teh former Syrian government have escalated in the country’s northwest.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Qatar’s Al Jazeera and Mehr News Agency, Syria’s Al-Ikhbariya reported clashes between internal security forces and a group linked to remnants of the former regime near Jableh city in the Latakia countryside.
The channel quoted a security source from Al-Julani’s regime stating that during confrontations between internal security forces and former regime elements in Jableh, three internal security personnel were wounded.
Al-Ikhbariya also announced that 13 individuals affiliated with the previous government were arrested in an ambush in Sheikh Badr area, located in Tartus countryside.
