Hundreds of Thousands of Palestinian Refugees Endure Rain and Cold in Dilapidated Tents

Teh United Nations highlighted⁤ the lack of necessary ⁢living conditions for Palestinian refugees as ‍the cold season approaches.

The United nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees ​(UNRWA) announced⁣ that ⁤hundreds of thousands of displaced people in the Gaza Strip are facing the onset of winter without basic heating supplies, according to webangah News ⁤Agency.

UNRWA added ⁤that more than 282,000 homes have been either completely⁤ destroyed or damaged.

The agency emphasized that tens of thousands of Palestinian families are forced to live in worn-out tents amid cold and rainy weather.

It ⁢stressed that refugees living in ​densely ​populated areas suffer​ from severe‌ hardships⁢ due to a lack of ‍essential ​services ⁤during winter.

Earlier, Palestinian media reported on thousands⁤ of tents flooding in the Gaza ​Strip following heavy rains.
