US and Russia Hold Talks in Abu Dhabi

According to the English section of webangah News Agency,⁢ citing Russia Today and Mehr News ⁢agency, CBS reported based on U.S. sources that Daniel⁣ Driscoll, the U.S. Secretary of the Army, met with members of​ a Russian delegation ⁤in Abu Dhabi yesterday. The talks are scheduled to continue today,​ Tuesday.

The sources emphasized that a meeting ⁣is planned for today during which both ⁢sides will discuss ways to end the war in Ukraine.

This negotiation comes as former president Donald Trump recently proposed a ⁣plan under ⁣which‍ Ukraine would concede certain terms to Russia to⁤ bring an end to the conflict.
