Trump Accuses Biden Over White House Nearby Shooting Incident

Donald Trump responded to Wednesday’s shooting near the White House that killed two National guard members by stating that the attacker arrived from Afghanistan in 2021. He said the suspect was one of millions allowed into the United States without thorough vetting by then-President Joe Biden’s administration, according to an English report by webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News agency and Al Jazeera.
Currently on vacation in Florida, trump described the incident as a “terrorist act.” He emphasized that the suspect is a foreign national who came from Afghanistan and was brought into the U.S. by Biden’s government in September 2021.
Trump sharply criticized U.S. immigration policies, calling them “the greatest threat to national security.” He accused his successor’s administration of admitting 20 million unvetted foreigners from around the world.
He urged current officials to reexamine all individuals who have entered America from Afghanistan.
“The perpetrator of this brutal attack will be brought to justice immediately-if he survives being struck by gunfire,” trump added.
“We will not tolerate these types of attacks on law and order carried out by peopel who should not be in our country,” he stated firmly.
The president also ordered an additional deployment of 500 troops in Washington D.C., raising their total number there to over 2,500.
Earlier, Trump posted on his social media platform Truth Social that two soldiers were severely wounded and that the suspected shooter was critically injured. He called the attacker an animal who will pay dearly for his actions.
