Kallas: Southern Europe Faces Threat of Hybrid War by Russia

EU Foreign Policy Chief Adopts Anti-Russian Stance, Claims Southern Europe Faces Hybrid War Threat from Russia
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, on Sunday, EU Foreign Policy Chief Kaya Kallas took a strong anti-Russian position, asserting that she does not believe Russia genuinely intends to negotiate peace with Ukraine.
Kallas stated that the EU must reach a point where Russia is truly compelled to engage in negotiations. She described the peace proposals being discussed for Kyiv as unfair and ineffective in deterring Russia.
She further claimed that a plan is needed to prevent any renewed Russian aggression rather than one that makes things easier for Moscow. According to Kallas, southern Europe faces a notable threat of hybrid warfare from Russia.
