Macron Visits China

according ⁤to the English section⁤ of⁢ webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Quds​ Al-Arabi, french President ‍Emmanuel Macron is set to make his fourth official visit⁣ to China. This trip comes as Europe seeks to strengthen ties with the world’s second-largest economy amid ongoing trade tensions.

A spokesperson for‌ China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that, at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, Macron‍ will visit⁢ China officially from December 3 to ⁢5.

The report also states ‌that Macron⁢ will tour the ⁤Forbidden City in Beijing tomorrow ​and hold ‌talks with President​ xi on Thursday in the capital.

British Prime Minister Keir ⁤Starmer and german Chancellor Olaf Scholz are also‍ scheduled to travel to China early next ‍year.
