According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, initiated discussions with Steve Vitkov, a United States envoy, and Jared Kushner, son-in-law of Donald Trump, at the Kremlin.
Yuri Ushakov, an aide at the Kremlin, and Kirill Dmitriev, the special envoy of the Russian President, are also participating in the Putin-Vitkov talks.
