El-Sisi and Burhan Stress Need to End Crimes Against Sudanese People

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Sudanese Transitional Sovereign Council Chairman Abdel Fattah al-Burhan have jointly underscored the urgent need to halt ongoing crimes against the people of Sudan and ensure that those responsible are brought to justice.
During their meeting, El-Sisi and Burhan reviewed the latest field developments in Sudan. The Egyptian President reaffirmed Egypt’s steadfast position in supporting Sudan’s unity, sovereignty, security, and stability, while expressing Egypt’s readiness to exert all possible efforts in this regard.
Both leaders agreed on the importance of intensifying efforts to provide support to the Sudanese people, who are currently facing difficult humanitarian conditions due to the ongoing conflicts. They reiterated the necessity of stopping the crimes being committed against the Sudanese population and holding the perpetrators accountable.
Al-Burhan expressed his gratitude for Egypt’s continuous support of Sudan and its efforts to end the current crisis. He acknowledged that this support reflects the depth of the brotherly relations between the two countries. Earlier, Burhan arrived in Cairo for an official one-day visit to discuss the development of bilateral relations and the latest developments in Sudan.
