Lebanese Army Uncovers Covert Israeli Spy System in Southern Lebanon
The Lebanese Army has discovered and destroyed a hidden Israeli spy system equipped with cameras in the southern region of Bint Jbeil, marking another instance of such espionage equipment being found in the area.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Lebanese Army announced the discovery and neutralization of a covert Israeli spy system in the southern part of the country. The system, equipped with surveillance cameras, was located in the Yaroun area of Bint Jbeil.
In a statement, the Lebanese Army confirmed that specialized military units successfully identified and dismantled the espionage equipment. This operation was part of ongoing efforts to secure southern regions amid continued violations by Israeli forces.
The Army Command urged citizens to avoid suspicious objects and refrain from touching them. This incident is not the first time Israeli spy devices have been uncovered in southern Lebanon.
