CIA Monitored Unusual Call Between Close Trump Associate and Foreign Intelligence Operative

The Central Intelligence Agency reportedly monitored an unusual phone conversation last spring between an associate close to current United States President Donald Trump and an individual linked to foreign intelligence services. This sensitive information was reportedly only shared with the White House Chief of Staff, prompting an internal decision against wider dissemination.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, data published by Mehr News Agency indicates that The Guardian newspaper has reported on an unusual telephone conversation observed by the Central Intelligence Agency during the spring of last year. This sensitive dialogue took place between an individual close to Donald Trump, the current President of the United States, and a person maintaining connections with a foreign intelligence service.

The reported sensitive phone exchange was brought to the attention of Tulsi Gabbard, who was serving as the Director of National Intelligence at the time. Instead of broadly circulating the intelligence gathered, Gabbard reportedly provided only one copy of the transcript or summary to Suzi Welz, the White House Chief of Staff.

Following a meeting between Gabbard and Welz, an instruction was allegedly issued to suppress the release of this intelligence report. Furthermore, The Wall Street Journal, citing informed sources, reported that initiating any form of legal action regarding the matter could pose a critical blow to the national security of the United States.
