Head of Global Union of Resistance Scholars Asserts West Lacks Power to Destroy Iran

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Sheikh Hammoud, President of the Global Union of Resistance Scholars, stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran has played a central role in confronting the Zionist regime’s occupation. Speaking at a conference titled ‘The Islamic Revolution and Current Stage Challenges,’ held to commemorate the anniversary of Iran’s Islamic Revolution, he highlighted Iran’s unwavering support for the Palestinian resistance since the revolution’s inception.

Sheikh Hammoud criticized the normalization of relations between some Arab countries and the Zionist regime, reaffirming Iran’s longstanding commitment to Palestine. He cited the opening of Palestine’s first embassy in Tehran as tangible proof of Iran’s dedication to the Palestinian cause.

The scholar also praised the Islamic Revolution’s leader as an exceptional and distinguished figure, asserting that Western attempts to overthrow Iran’s Islamic Republic are futile.
