Hamas Condemns Israeli Regime Land Confiscation Plan in West Bank

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has reacted strongly to the Israeli regime’s adoption of a plan involving the registration and confiscation of occupied West Bank territories, designated as ‘so-called state lands’.
In a statement released by the movement, Hamas declared that the plan endorsed by the Israeli regime’s cabinet is null and void, issued by an illegitimate occupying power. The statement emphasized that this move represents a blatant effort to impose settlement realities and policies of Judaization through force.
Hamas further asserted that such actions constitute a clear violation of international law and relevant United Nations resolutions concerning the occupied territories. The movement stressed that the Palestinian nation, alongside all national currents and resistance forces, will persist in opposing any plans for annexation, Judaization, or forced displacement.
The statement conveyed that the will of the Palestinian people and their commitment to their land and national rights stand as a solid barrier against the expansionist policies and schemes orchestrated by the occupiers. Hamas made it unequivocally clear that they will not permit the implementation of these colonial projects.
Furthermore, the movement urgently called upon the United Nations, the Security Council, and all relevant international parties to fulfill their legal and political responsibilities. This action is required to immediately halt the ongoing violations perpetrated by the occupying regime against the Palestinian people, including their fundamental rights to their land, self-determination, and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
