Kremlin Spokesperson Questions Adherence to International Law Amid Global Instability

Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesperson, expressed confusion on Sunday regarding the possibility of demanding adherence to international law in a world rife with instability and unresolved regional conflicts.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Dmitry Peskov, spokesperson for the Russian Presidential Administration (Kremlin), stated on Sunday that the current global landscape is characterized by significant instability, marked by regional conflicts and outstanding issues.
Peskov questioned the feasibility of expecting global actors to follow the norms and principles of international law given the prevailing conditions. He added that at present, no one can offer a clear definition of the current state of affairs.
