UAE Warns Against Attacks on Pars Gas Field, Citing Global Energy Security Risks

The United Arab Emirates has expressed deep concern over escalating military actions targeting Iran’s vital energy infrastructure, specifically citing attacks on the Pars gas field as a threat to global energy security and regional stability.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates has officially declared its profound apprehension regarding the intensification of tensions and military assaults directed at Iran’s critical infrastructure.

The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ statement highlighted that targeting energy facilities within the Pars gas field not only jeopardizes global energy security but also carries detrimental consequences for regional stability.

Abu Dhabi further underscored the imperative to adhere to fundamental principles in warfare and conflict, calling for the avoidance of any actions against vital facilities and strategic infrastructure under all circumstances.

The ministry also urged all parties involved to prioritize the preservation of security and stability in the region and to refrain from any steps that could exacerbate the crisis.

These reactions come in the wake of a coordinated missile attack by the Zionist regime, in conjunction with the United States of America, on vital Iranian energy facilities in the South Pars field. These terrorist attacks resulted in damage to refineries in the South Pars gas field area of Asaluyeh in the southern part of the country.
