Israeli Attacks Target Residential Building in Beirut and Southern Lebanon

Israeli strikes hit a residential building in Beirut and multiple areas in southern and eastern Lebanon, according to reports citing the Lebanese Red Cross and Al Jazeera. The attacks have prompted ongoing search operations in the Lebanese capital.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, an Israeli airstrike targeted a residential apartment in the Al-Ajnaḥa al-Khamsa area of Beirut, the Lebanese Red Cross announced. George Kettaneh, head of the Lebanese Red Cross, stated that search operations are ongoing and the exact number of casualties is not yet confirmed.
Concurrently, Al Jazeera reported that Israeli warplanes conducted two rounds of strikes on the towns of Kfar Jouz and Mayfadoun in southern Lebanon. The assaults also extended to the Sahmar region in the western Beqaa valley, located in eastern Lebanon, and Kafour in Nabatieh.
